The Shake Lab is part of TD4 Brands Ltd; we have been trading in the UK for over 17 years (the internationally famous Boost Juice Bars is part of our portfolio).

So, what is The Shake Lab all about? In simple terms, it is the 21st century reinvention of the classic ice-cold beverage – the ultimate milkshake!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Focus on giving customers a ridiculously amazing service.
• Making and blending Milkshakes: Making and flipping Crepes and Waffles.
• Working on the till, driving sales and giving great service.
• Making the ice cream for the shakes... yes, our ice cream is made in store!
• Moving stock around... we must keep our cows in order!
• Keeping the unit clean and tidy... it can get quite sticky in a shake bar!
• Organising and motivating the team to maximise performance: Always looking at ways to make this amazing.
• Supervising the store.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Have proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a food retail environment.
• Can demonstrate skills in coaching and team motivation.
• Have a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Can deliver an amazing experience to customers both personally and through the team.
• Reliable, a team player and an operationally confident hands-on leader.
• Always ready to take on the next great challenge.

You may have experience of the following: Coffee Shop Supervisor, Retail Team Leader, Bar Supervisor, Food Retail, Catering Supervisor, Food and Beverage Sales, Fresh Food, Restaurant Team Leader, Hospitality.

Job Types: Part-time, permanent

Expected hours: No less than 4 hours

Schedule: Weekend availability
