Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Part-Time Team Leader to help drive exceptional customer experiences and support the smooth running of our Westgate store. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a ridiculously amazing customer service experience

• Preparing and serving crepes, waffles, ice cream, and shakes

• Making ice cream in store for our shakes–yes, our ice cream is made in store!

• Operating the till, serving customers, and driving sales

• Opening and closing the unit, including cashing up and stock management

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

• Driving sales and profitability through excellent service

• Consistently maintaining operational standards

• Motivating, coaching, and incentivising the team to maximise performance

• Leading by example and supporting the team during busy periods
  
  

About You

• Experienced in a similar leadership role within a food retail environment

Working Hours

• Part-time role

• Minimum shift length: 4 hours

• Weekend availability required
