Part time roles available. Full training given. The Shake Lab is part of TD4 Brands Ltd; we have been trading in the UK for over 17 years (the famous Boost Juice Bars is part of our portfolio).

So, what is the Shake Lab all about? In simple terms it is the 21st century reinvention of the classic ice-cold beverage – the ultimate milkshake!

RESPONSIBITIES

• Focus on giving customers a ridiculously amazing service.
• Crepes, waffles, ice cream, shakes.
• Making ice creams for the shakes – yes, our ice cream is made in store!
• Keeping the unit clean and tidy.
• Working on till, driving sales and profit, and serving.
• Cashing up, stock management, opening & closing responsibilities
• Passionate about the customer experience: Always looking at ways to make this amazing.
• Constantly maintaining operational standards.
• Motivating and incentivising the team to maximise performance: Always looking at ways to make this amazing.
• Can demonstrate skills in coaching and team motivation.
• Can deliver an amazing experience to customers both personally and through the team.
• Reliable, a team player and an operationally confident hands-on leader
• Always ready to take on the next great challenge

Expected hours: No less than 4 hours.

Schedule: Weekend availability.

Must have experience in a similar role with a record of successfully managing teams in a food retail environment.
