As a Sales Consultant for TAG Heuer you will play a vital role in assisting the Store to deliver their sales targets and achieve their key objectives. Looking to build on your retail and product knowledge you will be a dedicated and committed team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring that everyone has an amazing experience in our showrooms.
Essential job functions
- Retail experience ideally within a luxury or consultative sales environment.
- A proven record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A people person, able to build rapport with clients.
- A professional, positive approach.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Motivated, proactive and dedicated.
- IT literate.
- Watch product knowledge.
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
- Visual merchandising skills.
- Experience of utilising a CRM System.
- Clienteling.
- Networking and events.
Requirements
As a sales Consultant you will ensure that you are always working in a professional manner; using your excellent interpersonal skills and passion for the brand and business to engage with both customers and colleagues.
