- Support recruitment, coach and motivate the team to drive the business.
- Support the implementation of the monthly service and sales plan, goals, and targets.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new starters in store.
About you
You are an experienced Assistant Store Manager and you have:
- 1–2 years’ experience working in a multicultural retail environment.
- Experience/keen interest in luxury fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle brands.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
- Digital proficiency, learning agility, and a growth mindset.
- A winning personality to easily establish trustful relationships.
