The Supervisor acts as a brand ambassador, overseeing the daily operations of a busy sales floor. They are responsible for motivating the team of Sales Assistants to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and help create memorable experiences for customers.
Thriving in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure retail environment is essential for this role. On a day-to-day basis, the Supervisor shares their Pandora product knowledge with the wider team, conducts shop floor coaching sessions to unlock the team’s sales potential, and ensures store operations run smoothly. Leading by example, the Supervisor is also accountable for meeting personal KPIs and sales targets.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store

- Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
