The Senior Customer Advisor will support the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities by taking a warm, caring, and customer-focused approach to service. They will play a key role in building lasting relationships with customers, contributing to a knowledgeable and friendly team that is passionate about skincare, wellness, and natural therapies.

This role involves offering expert advice, guiding customers to the best products for their needs, and delivering high-touch experiences, such as mini-facials and arm massages. The ideal candidate will be a natural people person—friendly, approachable, and confident in a dynamic retail environment. They will bring the brand to life through storytelling and engaging demonstrations, helping to create memorable shopping experiences.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Keyholder responsibility experience
