COLLECT ON-SITE
Collect-on-Site is ideal for those who want to explore all Westgate Oxford has to offer. When you’re ready to head home, simply let us know by selecting 'Finished Dropping' on the app or following the link sent via SMS. The team will prepare everything for collection at Guest Services within 20 minutes of receiving your notification.
Don’t forget to have your ID handy, so we can ensure the right bags are in the right hands!
STORE-TO-DOOR DELIVERY
An ideal option for those looking to send their purchases to their home, hotel or office, the PLUS+ Concierge delivery service will ensure all your bags are delivered to your chosen address via same day or next
day delivery (OX4 postcodes only). The service is available for destinations throughout mainland Great Britain, Monday to Friday.
With delivery insurance to the value of £10,000*, we ensure your purchases are in safe hands from store to door. On the app, you’ll find the precise delivery cut-off time, so you know how long you have remaining until your last drop. Here you can also find the courier tracking link and status updates, so you’re always in the know! *T&Cs apply

What happens to my purchases when I use PLUS+ Concierge?
Your purchases will be collected by Guest Services and securely stored until you’ve finished shopping. You will then be able to collect your purchases at Guest Services, have them carried to your car, or delivered to your home.
Which courier will deliver my purchases?
All your purchases will be packaged together by Guest Services and delivered via DPD Next Day Delivery.
How will I know when to expect my delivery?
You will receive regular delivery updates from DropIt, the platform used by PLUS+ Concierge.
How do I let you know when I’m ready to collect my purchases, have them carried to my car, or delivered to my home?
When you’ve finished shopping, simply let us know by selecting 'Finished Dropping' on the app or following the link sent via SMS.
Do I need to stay connected to the centre WiFi?
You must be connected to the WiFi to receive your PLUS+ Concierge access email. After this, you are welcome to disconnect.
I don’t want to become a PLUS+ Member, but still want to use the service. What are my options?
Anyone can use PLUS+ Concierge, but it’s only free for PLUS+ Members. Non-PLUS+ guests will be charged £13 for delivery or £2.55 for collect on-site.
A store told me they weren’t part of PLUS+ Concierge. What are my options?
You’ll be able to use PLUS+ Concierge at most stores in our centre. If a store isn’t a part of PLUS+ Concierge yet, don’t worry. You can drop off any purchases you make there at Guest Services and continue shopping.
