Hit refresh this May half-term
Ah, May - the month of al fresco dinner dates, sunny nature walks, iced coffee catch-ups, feel-good film screenings, wedding wow-tfit planning and all-out newness is finally here. From breakfast ‘til bedtime, here are five things you can do to hit refresh with the fam this May half-term at Westgate Oxford.
Fun for everyone
Curzon is alight this month with scene-sational new showings for the whole family, including the highly-anticipated and much-loved Lilo & Stitch, and Dreamworks’ new animated adaptation of Dog Man. All that big-screen action can work up a serious appetite, so make sure to fuel up at Social Street Food, where you can find our irresistible new addition - authentic American smokehouse, Burnout BBQ.

Doggy day out
Did you know, Westgate Oxford is the paw-fect day out for your pups? Over 90 of our stores are dog-friendly, and there are treats and water bowls all over the centre to keep your pups well fed and hydrated. Bring them along for a spot of shopping, and snap a photo of them with our very own Alice the Ox on the rooftop. Did someone say cheese?!
A night off from the kids
The evenings are getting lighter, sunset hour is in full glow, and romance is most definitely in the air. This half-term, escape the chaos and book a table for two at Westgate. Grab a golden hour spritz on the rooftop at Victors or truly disappear at The Breakfast Club’s hidden gem, Backseat Beckys. Looking to amp up the vibes? Do a full 180 and let the good times fly at Flight Club, or score a bowl-der of a date at Sixes Social Cricket.
Let’s raise the rooftop
Fresh spring menus and al fresco dining have made a more-than-welcome appearance at Westgate, so let’s level up! Grab the gang and head to Nando’s to try the new, extra saucy hotwings or soak in the sun with your nearest and dearest as you dive into The Alchemists’ fragrant new spring menu, featuring coconut tofu curry and lobster mac and cheese, yum!
