Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic and hands-on part-time Team Members to help drive exceptional customer experiences and support the smooth running of our Westgate store. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Focus on delivering a ridiculously amazing customer service experience.
• Preparing and serving crepes, waffles, ice cream and shakes.
• Making ice cream in store for our shakes – yes, our ice cream is made in store!
• Keeping the unit clean and tidy by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Operating the till, serving customers and driving sales.
• Driving sales and profitability through excellent service.
• Passionate about the customer experience and always looking at ways to make this amazing.
• Consistently maintaining operational standards.
• Can deliver an amazing experience to customers both personally and through the team.

Working Hours

• Expected hours: No less than 4 hours.
• Schedule: Weekend availability required
• Experience: No experience required
